Before spirituality was trendy and crystals were on Instagram, I had to learn how to use my intuitive gifts in a modern world — with few resources to guide me.
Growing up, I was highly empathic in an emotionally traumatic environment and suppressed my intuitive abilities.
I chased self worth through perfectionism, over-achievement, and people-pleasing. I created a life that looked great on the outside but didn’t match the truth of who I was.
I hit rock bottom when it all manifested in an eating disorder, and my path to healing and awakening began. I learned about energetics, mental reprogramming, generational healing, and manifestation. My intuitive abilities flipped back online. With a vengeance.
Divine intervention led me to begin offering healing sessions on the side while working in finance… which quickly evolved into highly sought after spiritual teaching intuitive mentorship for leaders wanting to heal, evolve, and fulfill their soul purpose.
