When you sign up, you'll get an email with login information and you can log in online and download the Kajabi app to access the Living Library and any other courses you have with me on your phone. For using journeys on a walk or in the bath highly recommend downloading the app. 

If you sign up at the pre-launch rate ($499/year) you will be grandfathered into this price for as long as you are a member. If you cancel and come back later, you will have to rejoin the membership at the full rate of $111 USD monthly / $999 USD yearly.

There's a reference list of journeys to help you get acquainted and to help guide you through like common experiences like fear, confusion, intuitive activation, and then beyond the reference list, let yourself be intuitively guided to what journey calls to you. And if you want advice on what journey would best support whatever you're going through you can post in the membership site.
